Moallim Wellness

Hi, I'm Nafisa!
I specialize in helping relationships navigate communication struggles, cultural identity impacts, and trauma cycles. Known for my direct approach, I guide couples to identify communication gaps and shift toward a supportive, non-blaming dynamic.

With training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Tree of Life, I create a safe space for partners to share and process deep hurts together. My work is pro-Black, pro-choice, pro-queer, pro-trans, and affirming for all relationshipss.

I support relationships facing issues like childhood sexual abuse, grief (e.g., deaths, pregnancy loss, migration), sexual trauma, and communication challenges. As a first-generation Canadian, I bring both professional and personal experience with grief and trauma, offering a compassionate, culturally informed approach.
