Moallim Wellness

Hi, I'm Nafisa (Na-fee-sa)!
I'm a first-generation Somali-Canadian mental health therapist and social worker. I specialize in helping people better understand their relationship patterns—especially when it comes to communication struggles, cultural identity, and the lasting effects of trauma.

With over 15 years of experience as a social worker supporting survivors of adverse childhood experiences and sexual trauma, I bring a deep understanding of how past experiences shape the ways we connect with others. I work with individuals and couples to make sense of their stories, break out of painful cycles, and build healthier, more supportive relationships.
